Upcoming Exhibition Solo – street art Düsseldorf | Art Is Trash

Who is behind Art Is Trash?

This clip from 2024-04-21 shows a street piece by Art Is Trash, the project of Barcelona-based artist Francisco de Pájaro. His canvas is whatever people throw away: cardboard, bin bags, broken chairs and old mattresses become grinning characters within minutes. The works are deliberately short-lived and usually vanish with the next garbage collection. Beyond Barcelona, his trash art has also appeared in cities such as London and New York.
